All product prices are displayed on each product page including consumption tax (tax-inclusive).

Payment Methods & Deadlines

Available payment methods:

⪼ Credit Card

Billing and withdrawal dates follow your credit card company's closing and payment dates.

Bank Transfer

Please complete payment within the deadline stated on the invoice, or within 3 days of order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please pay the delivery person directly upon receipt of your order.


COD Handling Fees (tax-included):

¥330 when Order Amount (JPY, incl. tax) Less than ¥10,000

¥440 when Order Amount (JPY, incl. tax) is ¥10,000 – ¥29,999

¥660 when Order Amount (JPY, incl. tax) is ¥30,000 – ¥99,999

¥1,100 when Order Amount (JPY, incl. tax) is ¥100,000 – ¥299,999


*COD fees are calculated based on:

Product Total + Shipping Fee + Wrapping Fee (if applicable) – Discounts (points, coupons, etc.)

*Note: Gift wrapping and noshi (ceremonial wrapping) services are not available.


Delivery Schedule

⪼ Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation or payment verification (for bank transfers).

⪼ Frozen products are shipped via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express using refrigerated shipping.

⪼ Non-frozen products are shipped via standard delivery.

⪼ Delivery companies cannot be selected.

⪼ Domestic delivery usually takes 1–4 days (excluding remote islands and special regions).

⪼ Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

⪼ If we are unable to reach you and the package remains undelivered for over 3 weeks after shipping, the order will be considered canceled.



Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

⪼ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled until 10:00 AM on the next business day following the order date. Cancellations after this time are not accepted.


⪼ Customer-Initiated Returns

Due to the nature of our products (including frozen goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.


⪼ Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If the delivered item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Contact us via the inquiry form on our website or using the email address provided in your order confirmation.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after you return the product along with the delivery receipt issued by the shipping company.
  • Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by us (please send by "cash on delivery").


⪼ Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

  • No contact within 3 days of product arrival
  • Missing delivery receipt
  • Return requested by someone other than the original purchaser


⪼ Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • No interest will be applied to the refunded amount.




Order Limits

There are no specific quantity limits unless otherwise stated on the product page.




Undeliverable Areas

 We may not be able to deliver to certain remote islands or regions.




Notes

⪼ Products marked with “Frozen Delivery” will be shipped using frozen shipping to preserve freshness.


⪼ Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unavoidable reasons.
